Clinical Insight Rooted In Real World Experience
Before transitioning to clinical work, my background was in the corporate and R&D sectors. I have owned businesses, completed an MBA, managed complex projects, and navigated the same high-stakes environments that often contribute to burnout, stress, and disconnection, not just professionally but personally as well.
Over time, it became clear that many high-functioning individuals experience traditional therapy as a mismatch. Rather than vague or overly abstract conversations, many are looking for a more grounded, structured approach that values clarity, thoughtful analysis, and practical change. My work reflects that preference by integrating clinical training with real-world experience.
My transition into clinical mental health was not a departure from an analytical foundation, but an extension of it. Years in business and R&D highlighted how often capable, driven individuals are expected to operate without space for the complexity of their internal experience. That recognition led to a shift in focus toward the human side of those systems, which is often overlooked but ultimately drives everything else.
At the same time, life is not limited to roles, output, or performance. The challenges that bring people into therapy often extend into relationships, identity, and a sense of meaning beyond work. Sessions tend to feel collaborative, grounded, and focused, with space for both structure and flexibility depending on what is needed in the moment.
The approach here is grounded in respect for both how the mind works and how it feels. For many, logic is a primary language, but it is not the only one. Therapy becomes a space where both structure and emotional experience are taken seriously, without judgment and without forcing either one to take precedence. The goal is a way forward that is not only effective, but sustainable.
