Clinical Insight Rooted In Real-World Experience

Before transitioning to clinical work, I built a career in the corporate and R&D sectors. I’ve owned businesses, held an MBA, managed complex projects, and navigated the exact high-stakes environments that often lead to the burnout and stress my clients face today.

I realized that for many high-functioning professionals, traditional therapy feels like a mismatch. You don’t need vague advice; you need a strategic partner who values objectivity, precision, and practical results. My practice exists at the intersection of clinical expertise and real-world professional experience.

My transition from the corporate sector to clinical mental health wasn’t a departure from my analytical roots, it was an evolution of them. During my years in R&D and business, I saw how frequently high-functioning individuals were expected to perform like machines, with very little room for the nuance of their own humanity. I shifted my focus because I realized that the most complex and rewarding system to troubleshoot is the human one. My approach is rooted in a deep empathy for the professional grind and a strictly non-judgmental stance toward the mind. I understand that for many of us, logic is our first language. In our work together, I offer a space where your rational and irrational nature is respected, not pathologized, and where we use both logic and compassion to build a more sustainable path forward.
